This problem has been solved with the introduction of departmental archives. The M2 Office Line system is the ideal solution.
The cabinets in the M2 Office Line provide plenty of space. On a surface area of just 3 square metres, you have a storage capacity of 36 metres in length, or space for 468 ring binders, 336 boxes or 2560 lateral suspension files.
Safely stored but still accessible
The mobile cabinets in the M2 Office Line are dust-free when closed. In addition, there is almost no light penetration when the cabinets are connected to each other. The rear walls of the two end cabinets are closed off as standard with a metal rear wall. The entire system can be locked with a central locking system. That means that important documents and other records are always safely stored.
Yet, the M2 Office Line is also very easy to access. The system is fitted with a handle as standard. If you intend to use the system very frequently, we recommend that you use a handwheel. That makes it very easy to move the cabinets back and forth.
